Jovanna Hopkins is a digital marketing assistant with LISI.

When LISI contacted Hopeworks in Camden looking for a candidate with strong writing skills, Jovanna Hopkins immediately came to the mind of Dan Krause, Hopeworks’ Business Development Director. 

Since then, Jovanna has become an indispensable member of the LISI team, infusing all her work with boundless energy and creativity. As Digital Marketing Assistant, she supports all things social media for both LISI and our clients. Drawing on her strong communication skills, creativity, and imagination, she generates innovative ideas to enhance online presence, creates engaging graphics and captions for social media content, edits and uploads podcasts and videos, manages client relationships and databases, and ensures on-time posting of all forms of content to relevant social media platforms. 

Jovanna is well-versed in Canva, Google Suite and Microsoft Office, WordPress and CSS, and continues to expand her skills every day at LISI.

Before joining LISI, Jovanna worked at Hopeworks as a Youth Healing Team intern, presenting and facilitating workshops alongside her team on effective trauma-informed protocols and practices to implement at the workplace for executives at major companies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions.

Outside of work, Jovanna relaxes in the company of friends and family, or while tending to her impressive plant collection. On Saturdays you can find her at the farmer’s market, reading, listening to new music, playing video games, making collages, and writing poetry. Sometimes all in the same day.
