Goal: To have an online presence that matches the firm’s offline reputation: one of dominance in its practices and geography.

SMB was hindered by a website that was aging in appearance and technology, having been built on a troublesome content-management system that crashed frequently.

Process: LISI began by developing three key personas of the new website’s users, followed by planning a user experience and interface to address the needs of those users.

With several nationally known partners who have achieved record-setting verdicts, SMB’s partners’ biography pages were crafted in a magazine-profile style with distinctive original photography.

Results: Thematically, LISI focused the design and coding of the site on the firm’s outstanding results. Each verdict and settlement of significant size is a custom WordPress post type, allowing each result to be associated with one or more attorneys, news items, and practice areas, as well as filtered and sorted in lists.

In addition, LISI’s relationship with SMB includes rigorous and effective SEO, PPC, and content-distribution campaigns to keep the firm top-of-mind in its extremely competitive legal marketplace.
