What motivates you to work hard?

There’s no better feeling than completing a project and hearing how happy the client is with the finished product.

How long have you worked at LISI?

I’ve lost count, honestly. It’s either 19 or 20 years now! I started working for LISI before I was married, before we had our two kids, and before we bought our first house!

What is it like to work for a fully remote company?

I’ve worked remotely with LISI for my entire career. I don’t really know the difference between working remotely or not. The ability to not have to deal with traffic on a daily basis is amazing. I had a running joke with Karen, my wife, at one point about how the traffic in the hallway was pretty backed up compared to her drive to and from work.

What do you like to do outside of the office?

I enjoy coaching and watching sports. I will never turn down an opportunity to visit a new restaurant. Hanging out with friends is the remedy for everything!

What is one thing on your bucket list you can’t wait to do?

Visit Hawaii.

Are you a dog or cat person?

100% dog. I grew up with cats, but nothing compares to man’s best friend!

What is your favorite movie?

The Hangover.

What is your favorite tv show?

Lost. The Goldbergs. Did I mention sports?

What is one food you can’t resist?

A good cheeseburger… medium well, cheese, fried onions, and ketchup!
