LISI Recognized with 2022 Web Excellence Award for Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP’S Real Estate Fast Forward Microsite

The Web Excellence Awards, a leading international interactive web awards competition, has announced the 2022 award winners to highlight this year’s “best of the best” in web design and development.

LISI won the sole Excellence Award in the category Website – Experimental / Innovative for its work on the Real Estate Fast Forward microsite, created for Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

Imagining and executing this cutting-edge experience was a big challenge and we rose to the occasion,” said LISI Founder and CEO, Jason Lisi. 

Real Estate Fast Forward was conceived in 2021 amid the pandemic as a digital space to mitigate the absence of in-person networking during the pandemic. The real estate practice at the law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan sought to bring people together during a time of isolation, especially for those in the real estate industry whose lives and livelihoods had been so deeply entwined with the physical spaces of the city. 

With a goal of creating a unifying and fun digital experience to connect people, the firm worked with LISI to develop Real Estate Fast Forward – an immersive microsite that welcomes users into an all-access, private museum tour. The site offers a 3D-like experience by leveraging an interactive map that propels visitors through four galleries, a lobby, and a gift shop, each of which offers clickable elements. By moving throughout, and interacting with the site, visitors can explore podcasts, social media posts, videos, and other content from the Stroock Real Estate Group. 

The 7th Web Excellence Awards competition saw over 950 entries from 37 countries worldwide, including 42 US States and other countries such as Australia, Canada, the UK, Israel, New Zealand, Poland, India, Turkey, and Germany. Winners are selected by marketing gurus, advertisers, communications specialists, and web experts, who evaluate entries based on innovation, creativity, implementation, and impact.

The Web Excellence Awards primarily aim to acknowledge and promote creative ideas, business models, and innovative technologies on the Web. The Excellence Awards winners are chosen from six categories: website, advertising and marketing, video and podcast, apps and mobile, social media, and printing.
