The New York Law Journal Honors Real Estate Fast Forward Microsite, Developed by LISI, with 2022 Innovation Award
August 16, 2022 | News
The New York Law Journal has honored the LISI developed microsite, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP’s Real Estate Fast Forward, with a 2022 Innovation Award, part of the New York Legal Awards. The immersive microsite invited visitors to explore firm news and industry updates via first-hand interaction with digital assets within a fictional New York City streetscape. By moving through the series of vignettes and interacting with them, users could explore podcasts, social media posts, videos, and other content from the Stroock Real Estate practice group.
Wanting to highlight the thought leadership of their real estate group, the team at Stroock was looking for a creative, whimsical, and never-been-done-before experience to share with clients and prospects. When they approached LISI, they were looking for a way to connect with clients and contacts remotely, as the COVID-19 pandemic was impacting in-person interactions. What started out as an aspirational concept quickly became a one-of-a-kind adventure resembling Google Maps-meets-online gaming.
The New York microsite was the first iteration of Real Estate Fast Forward, launching in September 2021. The second iteration, also developed by LISI, focuses on a museum in Los Angeles, and launched in January 2022. LISI is currently working with Stroock on a third and fourth installment, set in Washington, D.C., and Miami, which will be launched in the coming months.
The New York Legal Awards recognize creative and inspiring approaches, and forward-thinking firms and individuals who have made a remarkable difference in the legal profession in New York. For the Innovation Award category for firms, the New York Legal Awards seek to recognize law firms that think outside the box and have demonstrated an ability to distinguish their brands in a crowded market in order to attract and retain clients, as well as talent.
Stroock will be recognized, along with other winners, in the New York Law Journal’s upcoming Professional Excellence web presentation, and honored at the New York Legal Awards in New York City on October 6.
