With a sharp eye for detail and a heart for service, Kelsey Burchard is the steady hand behind LISI’s daily operations. As Operations Manager, she oversees the agency’s internal workflows, coordinates cross-functional projects, and ensures the team is equipped with everything they need to deliver their best work.
Kelsey brings a unique blend of military discipline and business acumen to her role. After serving six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, she transitioned into office management and operations, building a career around keeping people organized, informed, and supported. Her background includes HR, finance, project coordination, and team leadership—experience that enables her to thrive in LISI’s collaborative, dynamic environment. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University, further grounding her work in strong business fundamentals.
Originally from Tennessee, Kelsey loves getting outdoors and soaking up new experiences—whether that’s hiking a new trail, skiing fresh powder, or finding the best bites in a new city. She’s also a puzzle enthusiast and an avid reader with a curiosity that drives her both personally and professionally.
