Andrea brings nearly 15 years of experience leading marketing and business development efforts for a wide range of law firms — from litigation boutiques to global legal networks. In her new role, she will lead client engagement initiatives, guide strategic campaigns, and support law firm marketing teams in building programs that are aligned, actionable, and authentic.

Her portfolio includes award-winning websites, impactful messaging initiatives, and long-standing collaborations with law firm leaders who value her ability to translate business goals into clear marketing direction.

A proud first-generation Cuban American based in Miami, Andrea is known for her practical mindset, collaborative spirit, and ability to get results without relying on buzzwords or bravado. Whether she’s refining positioning, mapping a content plan, or coaching attorneys through marketing strategy, her approach is equal parts thoughtful and action-oriented.
