Andrea Arteaga brings nearly 15 years of legal marketing and business development experience to LISI, having led strategic initiatives for both global networks and boutique litigation firms.
As Director of Marketing + Client Growth, she draws on her deep understanding of law firm dynamics to help clients connect the dots between storytelling, strategy, and business results.
Before joining LISI, Andrea served as the head of marketing and business development at a premier Florida trial firm and previously led marketing for a leading global legal network. Through these roles, she’s worked closely with firms around the world to define their brand, refine messaging, launch award-winning websites, and build marketing programs that are true to who they are.
Andrea is passionate about helping lawyers show up as their full selves, professionally and personally, and believes the best legal marketing is grounded in authenticity, not perfection. Her approach is equal parts strategic and human, guiding law firms to lean into what makes them different and share it confidently with the world.
Born and raised in Miami as a proud first-generation Cuban American, Andrea balances her love of big ideas with a strong bias for action. Outside of work, she’s often training for her next endurance event, spending time with her family, or cheering on the Miami Heat.
