LISI Project Named Finalist for 2023 Content Marketing Award

The largest and longest-running international content marketing awards program has recognized the Real Estate Fast Forward microsite, created by LISI with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. The Content Marketing Awards presented by the Content Marketing Institute named the site a 2023 finalist for “Best Use of Technology in Content Marketing.”
“To have one of our sites named a finalist along with AT&T, AAA Club Alliance, TRESemmé, and winner State Farm is a true honor. We knew Real Estate Fast Forward was a great use of technology, and it feels great for our industry to acknowledge that,” said LISI COO + CMBDO Robyn Addis.
LISI conceived Real Estate Fast Forward in partnership with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in 2021 as a way to bring people together during a time when people were not gathering in person. The site welcomes users into a virtual New York City streetscape, Los Angeles art gallery, and Washington, D.C. multipurpose building. By moving throughout the interactive map, visitors can explore podcasts, social media posts, videos, and other content from the Stroock Real Estate Group.
The project’s Los Angeles edition won New York Law Journal’s 2022 Innovation Award, which recognized creative and inspiring approaches taken during unprecedented times. The site also won two 2022 Web Marketing Awards for Best Legal Interactive Application and Best Real Estate Interactive Application; a 2022 Communicator Award of Excellence for Features, User Experience and Features, Visual Appeal; and a 2022 Internet Advertising Competition Award for Best Legal Interactive Application, Best Real Estate Interactive Application.
A fourth and final installment of the site, set in Miami, will launch later this year.
