Robyn Addis

Robyn Addis is a leader who believes a cohesive, high-performing team is better than the sum of its parts.

She models empathy and seeks diverse perspectives with the knowledge that because of the contributions of the team, collaborative synergy enables team LISI to pioneer innovative solutions that redefine industry standards and drive sustainable growth for our clients.

For more than 12 years, Robyn worked in legal marketing at two of the largest firms in Philly: she had led a marketing team; she had created and implemented firm-wide marketing expense and ROI tracking systems; she had designed and executed hundreds of marketing and business development events.

Over that time, Robyn found that she loved legal marketing and had a talent for it. She found the challenges, expectations, and demanding environment of law firms fit perfectly with her work ethic and passion. However, she suspected she could make a bigger impact from outside the four walls of a single firm. She wanted to take the skills she had learned in Big Law and adapt them for small to midsize firms.

Robyn found the perfect match for her skills and desired career move when she joined LISI as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer. With an ambitious mission to grow the agency 5x by 2025, Robyn developed a strategic plan outlining five new lines of business, a reimagined revenue/pricing model, and the infrastructure required to make it happen. The result was a record-breaking 57% growth in her first year, followed by 62% growth the following year. 

In addition to her role at LISI, Robyn has a passion for coaching women to achieve their own career fulfillment. In the midst of the personal and professional challenges of global lockdowns, she began the #FollowFriday movement on LinkedIn to highlight the contributions and accomplishments of professional women everywhere. Always seeing the opportunity for greater impact, Robyn developed the transformative #FollowFriday International Women’s Day Conference as a professional women’s retreat for advice, support, and networking. 

Robyn’s instinctive leadership skills are used to great effect both within LISI and beyond. She serves as President for the Legal Marketing Association Northeast Region Board, and she (almost seamlessly) runs a household of three children, a first-responder husband, two pandemic puppies, and a one-eyed rescue cat named Blinkie.
